Acts India Mission (AIM) exists to empower the local church in North India by equipping emerging leaders, strengthening families, and building pathways to sustainable livelihoods. AIM does not plant churches independently. Instead, we work alongside existing churches, helping them equip, empower, and send capable leaders—resulting in long-term transformation and kingdom expansion.

BNIL – Training Pathway
Every participant begins with:
Step 1: GrowthCall (6-Month Transformation Program)
This is the gateway program focused on:
- Personal identity & purpose discovery
- Mindset shift and emotional maturity
- Decision-making and discipline
- Habit formation and personal leadership
- Biblical worldview integrated with science & psychology
- Life direction: ministry, business, job, or next-level training
Step 2A: Biblical & Ministry Training
- Theology foundations
- Discipleship and mentoring skills
- Counseling, pastoral care, and team building
- Preaching, teaching, and ministry systems
Step 2B: Vocational & Life Skills Training
For those preparing for sustainable livelihood:

Launching a Viznara livelihood project for 10 individuals costs $10,000 USD, which covers:
- Training
