Acts India Mission exists to develop spiritually strong, personally capable, and economically self-reliant believers who can faithfully serve God in their families, churches, and communities.
Over the years we have learned that lasting ministry impact requires more than financial assistance. Sustainable transformation happens when individuals receive training, mentorship, and a supportive community where faith, leadership, and economic stability grow together.
A Relational Community of Faith, Leadership, and Sustainability
The Lighthouse Community Model
At the heart of the vision is a church family of approximately 100 individuals and their families who grow together spiritually, relationally, and economically.
Members gather regularly for:
- Worship and spiritual encouragement
- Fellowship and mutual support
- Leadership development
- Shared vision and accountability
This community is not designed as a denomination or institutional network. Instead, it is a relational faith community where people grow together while pursuing their unique callings.

GrowthCall is the primary training platform within the Lighthouse Community.
Through workshops, mentoring, and training sessions, participants develop:
- Emotional health
- Communication
- Discipline and time stewardship

Viznara provides the business ecosystem that supports the Lighthouse Community and creates economic sustainability.
Through Viznara:
- Some individuals work within established business
- Others operate as Growth Partners
- Financial stability
- New entrepreneurs learn to start small ventures
This structure helps create:
- Dignified employment
- Entrepreneurial opportunities
- Shared evonomic growth
- Financial stability for families
A strong economic base allows leaders to serve without constant financial pressure and reduces long-term dependency on outside support.

Within the Lighthouse Community, individuals are encouraged to pursue the calling God has placed on their lives.
As a result, different ministries may naturally emerge within the community, such as:
- GrowthCall leadership development
- Growth Partners business network
- BridgeCare community service initiatives
- Youth mentoring programs
- Prayer and pastoral care ministries
- Outreach and social impact projects
These ministries are not centrally controlled programs but expressions of calling within the same spiritual family.
Every believer is called by God for a specific purpose, and the community exists to encourage and support that calling.

From Lighthouse to Lightbearers
The Lighthouse Community is a place where believers gather and grow.
But the ultimate goal is not to keep people within a structure.
The goal is to release Lightbearers—individuals who carry faith, leadership, and influence into the world.
Lightbearers may serve in:
- Churches
- Businesses
- Schools
- Community organizations
- Social initiatives
- Missions and outreach
Wherever they go, they carry the values and training they received.
Even as they pursue different callings, they remain part of the Lighthouse family.

Our commitment to the wider church in North India remains strong.
However, we have learned that sustainable empowerment requires proper preparation and accountability.
In the past we sometimes attempted to support pastors or leaders with financial assistance before adequate training and systems were in place. This often created challenges and did not always lead to sustainable outcomes.
Because of this, our current strategy is to build a strong internal foundation first.
As the Lighthouse Community grows in maturity and stability, it will become a platform to:
- Host GrowthCall training workshops for other churches
- Mentor pastors who want to develop bi-vocational sustainability
- Share practical business models and leadership tools
- Help leaders build income streams that support their families
In this way, ministry to the wider church becomes a natural fruit of a healthy community, rather than an unsustainable burden.
